How it's held
A defined term. Four months at minimum, renewed by agreement, built around the season you're in.
Authority set first. You decide what we carry, and what stays yours alone, no matter what.
A small number of founders at a time. The work is too embedded to take on at volume, so we don’t.

I’ve spent over ten years doing executive-level work behind successful businesses. Launches, teams, operations, and the initiatives that carry a founder’s name. I built Ankr’d Agency because established Black women founders deserve what athletes and executives have always had: somebody running the business beside them so they can lead it.
I don’t subscribe to the 24/7 grind. I’ve seen what it takes from the women who built something real, and I’ve built a firm around a different standard: the business runs on structure, not on her.
